Shipping Policy

Please fill in the detailed address along with the pin code of their area and contact telephone number.

Delivery will be attempted twice. If the address is incorrect or the destination is locked then the shipment will be returned back. We will refund the item cost but not the shipping cost.

Customs Duty & Other Charges

Most of the countries either charge a very nominal or no duty goods for personal use. We try our best to minimize the cost of the goods to our customers. However these levies, customs duty or taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping cost

We will try our best to combine shipping charges on multiple items purchased as long as all items can be shipped in one box. The larger the quantity you order the combined shipping discount will be better. We have both registered shipping and express shipping options.

Express Shipping

Shipping by express will reach you in 6-7 days.

Economy Shipping

By Economy shipping the transit time is 12-15 days for North America, Europe and Australia. Other parts of the world takes 30-45 days depending on the location. Please note detailed tracking.

Shipment and tracking details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier by us. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Order Status

To check your status, go to View Shipment under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. You can keep track of the status of your order. One of the following status will be displayed.

# Awaiting Payment Confirmation
Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway during the order process. Your order will get in the manufacturing process after we get the confirmation.

# Payment Failure / Not Authorized
Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway. Please get in touch with your bank in case if any clarifications are required.

# Order Cancelled
Your order has been declined from our system. Your payment account has not been charged for the order.

# Awaiting Measurements / Other Details
Our orders department is waiting for your measurements and other instructions. Please submit your measurements as soon as possible so that your order work process can be started as soon as possible.

# Awaiting shipment
Your payment has been confirmed from our payment gateway. Your order is in manufacturing process. If the item is available in stock, then it will be shipped in 2-3 days otherwise 12-15 days will be required.

# Order Partially Shipped
Your order has been partially shipped. You may get the tracking number from our shipping department at support@thugil.com

# Order Shipped
Your order has been shipped. You may get the tracking number from our shipping department. support@thugil.com

# Order Delivered
Your order has been signed and accepted by the received.

# Order Completed
